Connect Family Center is a Faith Based, 501(c)(3) Non-Profit, Family Support Organization serving the community since 1995, dedicated and committed to healing families, providing supportive care, mentoring, social services, emergency housing/referral services, IIC/BA, in home and in community family counseling services to at risk children, youth and families since 2003.
